Is it normal for the T-Bonz drive cups to develop large notches in them where the cross pin rides?

It depends on how powerful your engine is, the way you drive and how much run-time you put on them. Normally, you should see obvious wear on the cup where the cross pin rides after 1 to 2 gallons, and that's when you should replace them with new cups.

Will your T-Bonz center driveshafts fit my Revo or T-Maxx with Center Differential (Part #5414) and Rear Brake Kit (Part #5417)?

No. The TBTM02, TBREVO02/03 center driveshaft kits will only fit the stock configuration only.
